Welcome to Scotland’s Public Sector Heat Decarbonisation Fund application portal

This is where you can apply to Phase 2 of Scotland’s Public Sector Heat Decarbonisation Fund.

The application portal opened at 2pm on Tuesday 29 April and will close on Tuesday 27 May at 2pm. Applications will only be accepted during these times.

Scotland’s Public Sector Heat Decarbonisation Fund will provide grant funding for local authorities, universities and arms-length external organisations to progress whole building approach projects that decarbonise heating systems and improve the overall energy performance of their buildings.  See our website for further information including guidance notes.
